Windows finally installed

It seems to be working, now. I moved some PCI cards around. Unsurprisingly, Linux worked fine throughout the entire ordeal. I should have 40GB x 2 RAID 1 once everything is complete. Sadly I seem to have run out of room in this midtower case. 1.5′ ATA cables really get messy when they need only run about 6″.

Nope… explorer.exe is randomly crashing again. With no space to dedicate an ATA disk to Windows for the on board ATA, looks like it might be time to move back to a single 40GB disk. Typical. Oddly enough, a lot of things run fine, but trying to load IE or Explorer fails every time. No useful debugging information. It’s understandable the common Windows idiom is “just reboot”. What choice do you have?
