I found this looking around on the web, and found another posting mentioning a bakers dozen for $8. Then I called and checked with my nearest Einstein's (Bay Area Blvd), and that's all it cost - 62 cents for a plain bagel. You can get a whole bunch (13) without smear for $8. Plus, Panera - which I like just as much - if you order cream cheese with it, it costs about the same. Um… where are you shopping?
