Freddy, the owner of Domino's, brought in this bloomin' idiot named Anwar (he is from Syria) to increase his profits. Anwar promptly cut the driver's pay by over $1 per hour, raised prices, and many of the drivers ended up quitting and going to Papa John's on Archer Rd. Also, Freddy expanded that store's delivery area far into the SE, a predominantly ghetto area where the tips are next to nothing. Having the insufferable moron Anwar around was just too much to take for most of the employees, especially given a drastic pay cut. It’s basic economics. A manager at 13th Street Domino's was told to fire a driver. He refused to do it. So he was let go. He immediately took up a new job for the Papa Johns on Archer as a GM and asked all the drivers and insiders from 13th to follow him. Almost everyone followed without so much as a second thought.
